so here I am again. baaaaack and ready to do this raw thing right. going all the way baby, for the 811 lifestyle...of course, with time. I understand it won't happen overnight :)

at any rate, I will attempt to try to keep up to date with my blogs and post my progress, etc. sometimes I'm just ADD... :)
